Shipping Policy
Classy Dance Footwear offers FREE SHIPPING to
all 50 States in the USA. We ship Mon-Fri once payment has cleared and product
is in stock. Either US Postal Service 2-3 day Priority or UPS ground is used
depending on the product(s) ordered.
Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of
stock items may take longer.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING is
available on many of our products with US Postal Service and is $32 for 1 Pair,
$40 for 2 pair of shoes, and $48 for 3 pair of shoes within the 50 States. The
Postal Service does not deliver overnight to some sections of the country.

*Orders in stock and received by 6:00 PM are shipped the next day except on
weekends. Saturday & Sunday Orders are shipped on Tuesday.
Classy Dance Footwear Exchanges & Guarantee Policy
We Guarantee: All shoes are guaranteed from manufacturing defects. If you have a
problem with a product purchased from Classy Dance Footwear, please Contact Us
for a prompt response to your concern. Classy Dance Footwear will cover
all shipping costs for defective shoes.
10 DAY EXCHANGE ONLY: NO REFUNDS
With
a written explanation as to why, Classy Dance Footwear will gladly exchange
your shoe order within 10 days as long as shoes shows no sign of wear and have no
scuffed bottoms. Customers must exercise
care in trying on shoes. Shoes with
scuffed bottoms, signs of wear or careless handling by the customer cannot be
exchanged. We do not refund shipping
charges. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes, but the shoe boxes cannot
be marked by shipping labels. Pending inspection, a refund will be issued to
you using the following policy: Returns
on shoes bought at full price and on sale that are returned within 10 days of
the invoice date, unworn, in condition to be sold as new, will be refunded in
full.
Re-Shipping charges are the
responsibility of the buyer, be sure to Include a re-shipping fee of $9.75 for
one pair of shoes. West of the Rockies $11.75. $18.25 for 2
pair, $21.25 for 3 pair, or $26.25 for 4 pair of shoes when sending back the
shoes. Include a copy of the invoice and note the reason for the return
and fully describe the new shoes you want shipped to you.
Please send all shoes to the Classy Dance Footwear Return Address which will be
enclosed with your order.
You have 30
days to claim your shoes. If
you ship shoes back without explanation, after the expiration date, or if they
have been worn or damaged, they will be held and not returned to you until you
pay the re-shipping fee. After that you have no recourse.
If you ship shoes back for an exchange with re-shipping fee, that have been worn or damaged, the
same shoes will be returned to you.

do not give refunds.
You can ship items back and receive a store credit that you can use for a
future purchase or a gift certificate.
HARD TO FIT: CHECK SIZE CHART - Please be aware that Classy
Dance Footwear has Wide and Narrow styles, and make no exceptions to our
exchange policy if your shoes do not fit.
Back Order Policy
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.
Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your
convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you
purchased is back ordered, we will contact you with further information.
Certain manufacturers that we use make shoes upon order and in this case it
could take 2-3 weeks for shipping. We
will contact you if your order is not in stock.
